Ordering & Volume Quotes

Direct Current Supplies operates strictly B2B for industrial integrators. Final pricing is highly dependent on order volume, current market availability, and ongoing service contracts. By requesting a formal quote, we can bypass retail margins and offer you the best possible tailored pricing along with a formal invoice suitable for enterprise procurement.

Simply add the desired components and quantities to your quote cart using the "Quote" button on any product page. Once ready, proceed to the quote cart, fill in your corporate details (including your KvK or VAT number), and submit. Our sales team will evaluate the volume and reply with a custom invoice and wire-transfer details within 1 business day.

We primarily accept direct SEPA bank transfers and international wire transfers for large volume orders. Under specific contractual terms, we can establish Net-30 or Net-60 payment terms for recurring enterprise clients. Payment details will be strictly outlined on the formal quote.

Engineering & Technical Support

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive PDF datasheets, mechanical drawings, and STEP/CAD files for all our high-voltage components. You can request these directly via the Contact page or ask your assigned sales engineer during the quoting process. Ensuring components fit your exact enclosure constraints is our priority.

All our critical protection devices, including Semiconductor DC fuses and Type B RCCBs, come with a standard industrial 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Due to the sacrificial nature of fuses under fault conditions, the warranty applies exclusively to defects, not blown fuses that correctly operated to protect your circuitry.

Yes. Our in-house engineering team works closely with clients integrating solar, battery, and EV charging infrastructures. If you have specific single-line diagrams or complex parallel architectures, you can book a consultancy session through our Contact page to verify component sizing and protection ratios.

Global Logistics & Shipping

Yes, Direct Current Supplies distributes globally from our headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands. We utilize trusted logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. International shipping costs, customs declarations, and estimated lead times are calculated precisely and appended to your custom quote.

For items in stock, dispatch occurs within 24-48 hours of invoice settlement. For volume orders requiring factory allocation (e.g., thousands of High-Voltage Contactors), lead times generally range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on global supply chain conditions. Your sales representative will lock in a firm ETA during quoting.
